This is a collection of interviews done with members of the Peoria community and one that Dr. Garrett personally contributed to. These interviews were conducted in order to learn more about who Dr. Garrett was. Interviews were done with Doug and Eileen Leunig, Kevin Bradford, Mayor Rita Ali, and Gary Moore. Each individual shared their story of the impact Dr. Garrett had on their life. Some knew him personally, while others were impacted by him through the legacy he left behind.
